No refunds. All payments to Fomo Project LLC (FProject) are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
What this covers
- Platform fees, tips, and bribes
- Any paid access, subscription, or premium feature
- Failed, delayed, skipped, or unprofitable trades
- Solana network and priority fees — those are paid on-chain and cannot be reversed by us
Trading losses
We do not refund trading losses. Using the Service is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your trades and wallet security.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account termination.
